Our return policy is valid for up to 30 days after the purchase of goods. For online orders, the 30-day period starts from the date of when the parcel was delivered to you. We can offer an exchange of size of the same product or store credits for eligible products. Earrings are unable to be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons.
