At Ella Palm, we take pride in our handcrafted jewellery. While we strive to ensure every piece meets your expectations, we understand you may sometimes need to return or exchange items.

Standard Returns

You have 30 days from your delivery date to return online orders

• Your returned items must be:
• In their original condition without signs of wear or damage
• Returned with all original packaging, including tags, box and pouch
• Complete sets (we cannot accept individual pieces from sets)

Items We Cannot Accept Returns For

• Any earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• All sample sale items
• Any personalised products, including custom-engraved pendants
• Any bespoke jewellery pieces

Due to the handmade to order nature of our products we can offer you exchanges or store credit (unfortunately we do not offer cash refunds)

Shipping Costs

• You will need to pay for return shipping if you change your mind
• If you exchange a handmade-to-order item, we will send you a free returns label and cover the shipping of your new item

Our Warranty

• Your purchase is covered by our 12-month warranty from your purchase date
• We will replace any items that are defective or faulty requiring specialist repair
• You will need to show us proof of purchase for warranty claims

Sample Sale Items

• We consider all sample sales final
• We only accept returns if an item is faulty
• You have 30 days from receiving your order to tell us about any faults

If your item is faulty:

• You can exchange rings if they don't fit correctly
• We offer free delivery and returns for ring size exchanges
• You can ask for store credit instead of a different size

Sample sale items are not covered by our 12-month warranty
