Returns & Shipping
Due to the handmade nature of Ella Palm designs please allow up to 2 working days before your order is dispatched.
- Our return policy is valid for up to 30 days after purchase of goods. We offer Store credits & exchanges for the value of your purchase. unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.
- Please note sample sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
- If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
- For all returns and exchanges, we do require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Due to hygienic regulations we do not refund or exchange any Ella Palm earrings.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless faulty.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Ella Palm offers a 12 month warranty on all our designs excluding sample sale items.
However, if this piece isn't quite right for you, we are happy to help. All items must be returned in line with our returns policy.
