How do I use my Credit?
At check out copy and paste your credit code into the 'Gift Card or Discount Code' section. Your credit will be applied to your order.
How do I earn Credit?
You earn £5 for every £50 spent, and £10 for every new customer you would refer our way!
Can I use a discount code as well as my Credit?
Yes, yes, a thousand times YES!
How do I access my rewards ?
Once you have logged into you account your rewards and credit codes will appear in your personalised rewards widget on our website (bottom left)
How do I refer a friend?
Create a referral link through the rewards widget and send this to your friend. They will get £10 store credit and when they join and make a purchase so will you!
How long do I have to use my rewards?
Rewards earned from purchases will expire after 90 days from the date your reward was given. Promotional rewards expiration may vary.
